Shipment Policy

1.1. All orders are processed within two business days. In the event of unforeseen technical problems, we will notify you of the delivery delay by email. Terms of processing custom orders are negotiated individually in each case.

1.2. With standard shipment, we deliver free of charge worldwide via Ukrposhta, the approximate delivery time is 14-20 days.

1.3. Express shipment is via UPS Express, delivery time is 6-8 days.

1.4. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Customs clearance fees should be paid by you; We have no control over these taxes and fees and cannot predict what they may be.

1.5. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs fees incurred in relation to the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our address in Ukraine. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the item.
