Returns & exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller.

Custom and personalized orders

I will be happy to make something from glass especially for you.
I coordinate each stage of creating a custom work with the customer and make every effort to ensure that the result meets the most daring expectations of the buyer. Stages of work: Discussion of the general idea; Drawing and approval of the sketch; glass selection.
I do not use software to create my works and I do all the steps by hand, including sketching.
Usually I take payment for the finished work, but there are exceptions.
The maximum length of a custom work is 32" on the longest side. If you want anything over this size, you'll need to be prepared to pay extra for shipping.
On average, the creation of a custom work takes 7 working days, it all depends on the complexity.
